1. We will make all necessary adjustments to a new car for a period of 90 days after delivery, provided it is returned to our service station and has not been tampered with or injured through accident or neglect.
2. Within one year after delivery to the original purchaser we will dismantle, repair or replace and reassemble to perfect working condition without expense to the owner cither for parts, labor, or transportation, any part or parts determined by the factory to be defective; the owner to assume responsibility of all charges pending factory decision.
